MASTERCLASSES with Bernarda Fink & Marcos Fink

From Monday, 11 August to Saturday, 16 August 2025, a masterclass in singing with mezzo-soprano Bernarda Fink and bass-baritone Marcos Fink will be held at the Bildungshaus Sodalitas in Tainach (Austria).

The masterclass offers an excellent opportunity for intensive, one-week training with the two world-renowned singers and excellent music teachers, with whose help you can prepare for the new academic year, auditions, concerts, competitions, entrance examinations or simply rehearse a programme of your own choice. The masterclass is aimed at vocal students at universities and colleges, senior students at music conservatories and other experienced singers who fulfil the requirements for studying at a professional level.

The masterclass provides answers to questions on all components of artistic creation such as training the voice and its meaning, musical style and musical interpretation as well as the art of performance. Singers choose the literature themselves; the selection can include songs, cantatas, oratorios and operas.

Lessons take place as individual lessons, which are open to other participants. Participation as a passive listener is also possible (passive listeners have the opportunity to attend the individual lessons of active participants without taking individual singing lessons themselves).

REGISTRATION:
Registration for the masterclass is only possible using the electronic form (see "Book"). In addition to the written registration, please send the organisers by e-mail the works you would like to work on during the master class and a current audio recording of your choice.
The recordings must be sent via WeTransfer, Dropbox or a similar medium to the e-mail address office@sodalitas.at or by post (CD, DVD, etc.) to the Sodalitas Catholic Education Centre (see address below) by the registration deadline at the latest.
