After her successful house and role debut as Clairon in Strauss’ Capriccio at the Teatro Real in Madrid, Theresa Kronthaler performs for the first time with the European Union Youth Orchestra under its chief conductor Vasily Petrenko. As the alto soloist in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 she will be heard at the Grafenegg Festival, at the festival Young Euro Classic in Berlin’s Konzerthaus and at the Festival in Bolzano. In Mid-August she then shares the stage with her band colleagues of Trio Kronthaler at the Mosel Music Festival, presenting her album The Living Loving Maid, released by Sony Classics.
