Bernarda Fink has long since made herself a great name as a lied singer. Her special relationship to the singing of lieder was in no small part responsible for her finding her way to a career in music, and has been documented at numerous touching and captivatingly beautiful recitals, both live and on recordings. After Bernarda’s recital at Alice Tully Hall in New York, the New York Times wrote, “Ms. Fink is a master of the disarming, deceptive simplicity of the song recital.”
After a successful tour to South-America Bernarda Fink can again be heard with the Camerata Salzburg. Together with this wonderful chamber orchestra she gives concerts in Salzburg and Erl. The programme includes Antonín Dvořák’s Biblické písně, or Biblical Songs.
