MANUEL WALSER performs Bach’s Mass in B-Minor

After delivering a convincing performance in Bach’s Mass in B-Minor last year with the Concentus Musicus under the baton of Stefan Gottfried at Vienna’s Musikverein, Manuel Walser appears in this highlight of music history with the Ensemble Pygmalion under Raphaël Pichon in Frankfurt, Cologne and Essen in March 2019.

The last time Manuel Walser performed together with the Ensemble Pygmalion under Raphaël Pichon at the Philharmonie in Paris, his compelling interpretation immediately won the audience over. Manuel Walser brings not only his highly nuanced vocal precision to this work, but also a natural charisma and concentrated calm which leave room for nothing but the music and musical expressivity.
