NIKOLA HILLEBRAND - on tour with the Chamber Orchestra Basel

Nikola Hillebrand jumps in at short notice for Anna Prohaska, who is unfortunately sick. Nikola can be heard together with violinist Veronika Eberle and the Basel Chamber Orchestra in five concerts in Olten, Bern, Dornbirn, Ludwigsburg and Cologne. The programme includes works by the two most famous prodigies in music history: Mozart and Mendelssohn.

These concerts with violinist Veronika Eberle and soprano Nikola Hillebrand offer operatic drama and tender expressions of love. Both in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's concert aria "Non più. Tutto ascoltai ..." as well as in Felix Mendelssohn's "Infelice! Già dal mio sguardo", the two soloists together traverse a whole range of emotions from despair to bliss.
