OLIVIA VERMEULEM with Mozart's Great Mass in C minor with the Belgian National Orchestra

After appearing as a Lied singer at the Oxford Lieder Festival, the Internationaal Lied Festival Zeist and the Concertgebouw Amsterdam in the past few weeks, Dutch Mezzo-soprano Olivia Vermeulen is about to join the Belgian National Orchestra under the baton of Riccardo Minasi as a soloist in Mozart's Mass in C minor - a work she has also performed with the Berlin Philharmonic under Daniel Harding - for two concerts in Brussels and Namur. Her interpretation of the soprano II part of this work is also documented on the recording with Masaaki Suzuki's Bach Collegium Japan, which was released in 2018 on the Swedish label BIS Records and received the Gramophone Awards 2017 (Choral Music).
