PATRICIA PETIBON | Flammes de Magiciennes

The French soprano’s concerts and recitals are considered fireworks of highly professional entertainment and she is known for drawing on an enormous palette of expression.

Love, passion, torment, cruelty and revenge are at the heart of the Flammes de Magiciennes programme. We encounter Medea and Circe, two mythical and complex figures. Rameau is also honoured. The whole programme is interspersed with dances, chaconnes, arias of demons and gavottes. Héloïse Gaillard and Patricia Petibon, who have been close friends since their time together at the Académie d'Ambronay, have devised this truly magical programme!
